Remember when...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Some of my favorite memories of you are the day we told you and your sisters that we were going to have another baby. You had just received a phone directory from your kindergarten class and you were ready to call up all your classmates to share the exciting news! Are you still that excited?
I remember you sitting in front of your little tykes "piano" banging on the keys and singing before you could even really talk. You have always loved to sing and I have almost always loved to listen to you - except at the dinner table.
I remember you performing scenes from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory for our family's enjoyment. I especially like your Violet turning into a purple blimp!
I remember you and your siblings planning programs for your dad and I and making us laugh until we cried.
My favorite recent memory of you is of you baptising Christy. I can't even express the joy I felt at that moment. It was an answer to my prayers for you. I love you lots. Thanks for being my son.

Mommy stole my memory, I had finally thought of something semi-emabarassing only to come here and see that she had already posted it. I do have to say that those Charile and the Chocolate Factory impressions were pretty entertaining...Let's see, another memory, I remember when you and your friend (we won't mention any names) put on your boy scout uniforms and went door to door collecting money for the "poor" (AKA yourselves). That's a pretty good one.
